Mindfulness is a clinically proven practice that provides you with the life-skills needed to manage your emotions, tension and thoughts in order to experience more peace, stress relief and joy.

This applied mindfulness meditation course enables you to reconnect with yourself and learn basic mindfulness meditation techniques. You will become familiar with mindfulness meditation and experience how it can support you in your every day life as well as in your work life. 

You will get 6 audio files with guided meditations, a handout after every session as well as practical exercises to bring mindfulness into everyday life. You will learn to focus the mind and to be more mindful with yourself and others.

 

By the end of this course:


1. You know what mindfulness is and how to implement it into your life.

 

2.  You know how to:

  • calm your breath down
  • relax the body
  • calm your mind 
  • maintain a healthy inner dialogue

3. You know 6 different meditations:

  • 2 Mindfulness of breath (short and long)
  • 2 Body scans (short and long)
  • Mindfulness of thoughts and sounds
  • Loving kindness 

Our teacher: Sabine Buhlmann

 



Sabine Buhlmann is a life coach and meditation teacher. She studied life coaching at the Institute of Applied Psychology of the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She also has a certificate in Transactional Analysis, an approach that combines psychology and psychotherapy.

Sabine has been practicing meditation for more than ten years and integrates Mindfulness Meditation into her life coaching process. She attained her Applied Mindfulness Specialist certificate at the University of Toronto. She is also a yoga teacher, trained and certified through the International Sivanda Yoga Vedanta Centre.

In Switzerland she worked for more than ten years as a German and French high school teacher. She was also a vice principal and coached and evaluated students at the Teachers College of Zurich for state certification.

Life coaching and meditation have had a profound impact on her life. She wants to share her knowledge and experience with others.
